		<description>I&#039;m no lawyer but I think it would be a positive for investors.  They can save money which is always a good thing and still be able to mix business with a short vacation.  Of course, they have to be honest whether their trip is indeed due to business matters or they just went there to chill. LOL </description>

Would this be a positive for investors that have 2nd homes in the ski towns they love and invest in. </description>
